KPD recognizes three students for a job well done

(Kirksville, MO) – Kirksville Police presented Dylan Kinney, Carson Westmoreland, and Logan Blickhan with a certificate of appreciation for their good deed. The three young men found property along the hike bike trail that had been stolen from a vehicle. The three contacted KPD and assisted us in getting the property back to the rightful owner.

We at KPD want to thank Dylan, Carson, and Logan for doing the “right thing”. Pictured above with Dylan, Carson, and Logan are Deputy Chief Steve Farnsworth, SRO Rich Harden, and Ofc. Jason Underwood.

Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact the Kirksville Police Department at 660-785-6945, Central Dispatch at 660-665-5621, Adair County Sheriff’s Office at 660-665-4600 or anonymously at 660-627-BUST (2878) or email police@kirksvillecity.com.
